 In Cambria County

Angela Seifert, the owner of Johnstown’s Celestial Brides & Prom, worked with Cambria County’s Startup Alleghenies Coach Blake Fleegle when she purchased the business from Sharon Honkus who opened the store in 1998. Seifert recently shared her story with the Tribune-Democrat and took them on a tour of her shop. Read the article here and watch the video here. It’s exciting to see a young entrepreneur revitalizing the shop, which has been a long-time tradition in Johnstown,” said Fleegle. “Angela is using her own personal experiences and her interest in fashion to connect with customers who are close to her age, and also from other generations. With prom season in full swing, she’s seeing great success. I believe her leadership will carry on and grow Celestial’s tradition into the future.
