Human Resources Bootcamp

Along with cash flow, generating new business and marketing, HR can present a raft of challenges for small business owners. Given their size and resources, small businesses may face even greater HR challenges than larger businesses. When HR management issues are not managed properly, it can be difficult for small businesses to retain quality employees. However, with proper policies and procedures in place, small businesses can proactively face HR challenges and focus on running their business.

That is why we have developed a HR bootcamp for small emerging businesses to train the owners on the most effective, up to date HR procedures and techniques. The training will include four two-hour sessions that will be taught by subject matter experts. The sessions will be taught virtually so you can participate from a location that is comfortable for you. In the week after the formal session concludes each of the participants will have an hour- long one-on-one session with the instructor for follow up questions and counseling.

The deadline for applications is 5:00 pm on October 4, 2022.
